I reply within 1 working day. Before I start, I give you the price of the review for your case. That price does not change. I start only after you accept it.

Who invoices me, and when do I pay?
The contract and the VAT invoice come from EVEL sp. z o.o. (VAT ID PL5252869036). You pay for the review up front, once the scope is agreed.
What does “one flow” mean?
One path that work takes from start to finish, for example from an order to an invoice. I start with one so you can see whether it works before more are added.
Do I have to replace the tools we use?
I start with what you already have. The review shows what can be connected and what it costs.
What happens when something does not go through?
The scope of every flow includes a log of what went through and what did not. When something gets stuck, a named person is notified.
Who has access to our data?
Everything runs on accounts that belong to your company. I have access, limited to what the build and the care plan need. When the flow holds personal data, we sign a data processing agreement.
What if I do not build the flow after the review?
You receive the review document whether or not you order the build. You buy this step, not the build.
What does it cost to keep running?
The care plan for a flow starts from €200 a month. The review gives the exact cost.
