The task
Selling property and hospitality venues starts with a presentation at a distance. Immersivum combined a 3D model in the browser, an AI assistant and analytics, so prospects got to know the offer before booking a visit and the seller received an enquiry from someone who already knew it.
Design decisions
- An AI assistant that uses the material provided by the client, with voice and many languages.
- Analytics of what matters for sales: clicks, paths, rooms viewed.
- Off-market sharing with a PIN and a time limit.

- Studio website with its offer at the time for developers, agencies and hotels
- Gaussian Splatting scans and 3D tours
