Royal Park
A concept website for a housing estate with a 3D model, filtering of available houses and floor plans.
Concept project. The estate name, floor areas, prices, statuses and addresses are sample data.

The task
Developers show estates on static PDF plans. The project tests what selling houses looks like when the client rotates the model, filters available homes and moves on to floor plans.
Design decisions
- A 3D model in the browser, with rotation, zoom and selection of a specific house.
- Status filters (available, reserved, sold) and house type filters directly on the model.
- The presentation leads from the estate description through floor plans and finishing standard to contact.
What was built
- A page with the 3D model and filters
- Three house types with floor plans
- Timeline, location, 3D walkthrough, form
- A footer that marks the demo model
